To facilitate the reservation of your chosen pet, we require a non-refundable deposit.

  1. 72-Hour Window to Pick Up Your Pet: Upon placing a deposit, we will hold
    your chosen pet up to 72-hours in order for you to visit the store location to pick
    up your pet. We understand that circumstances may arise, and if you cannot pick
    up your pet within 72 hours, please contact the store promptly.
  2. Contacting the Store: If you anticipate any delays or issues that prevent you
    from picking up your pet within the specified timeframe, please call the store to
    discuss your situation. We are here to assist and ensure a smooth process for
    you and your pet. A manager at the store must approve a longer hold time if
    requested. No pet deposit refunds will be given after the 72-hour hold period.
  3. Cancellation Without Refund: It’s important to note that if the store is not
    contacted to get approval for a longer hold time, and your pet is not picked up
    within 72 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order and retain the deposit.
    In such cases, a refund for the deposit will not be issued. No deposit refunds will
    be issued after the 72-hour hold time. We will work with you to extend the 72-
    hold time for pickups with store manager approval only.
    These measures are in place to help manage the availability of our pets and ensure
    fairness for all customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in
    adhering to these guidelines. If you have any questions or need further assistance,
