I made an appointment on Saturday witch is one of the most busy day’s at Petland.When I walked in the store it was puppies and people everywhere. Walked up to the reservation desk for my appointment. Now everyone was very polite and nice. The head manager asked me did I know what kind of dog I wanted. I told him the Yorki Poo as we walked over to get her my heart dropped cause another family was playing with her.He politely told them that the dog was on hold and got another dog for the family to play with. After playing with her for two hours in a room I finally got assistance from Eli on my appointment. He was very apologetic on how long we had to wait. I can
say he was well worth the wait. Eli is very knowledgeable in the finance program,the dog’s and definitely the training of your new HEARTBEAT! Needless to say after the paperwork and I had signed my life away it was time to go home with my new dog. With all the knowledge AWESOME,FUNNY just all around GREAT PERSONALITY Eli made the process so easy and fun.
