The staff is typically friendly and the environment is usually clean and upbeat. I bring kids to this place regularly just to visit the different animals. Birds 🐦 , cats 🐱 , dogs 🐶 , rodents 🐭 , bunnies 🐰 , etc. The have plenty of visiting booths provided to play with the pet of your choice and get acquainted and a whole room dedicated to birds alone. There is also a larger play area that you can use to play with dogs. Very bright and family friendly atmosphere 😊
