Petland staff that I was helped by were actually very nice and gave us lots of helpful info about our Guinea pig that we ended up getting. When we went back to get another guinea pig we were helped a lot once again. The staff I was helped by were friendly and fast. Even though petsmart is closer I find myself ending up at this petland quite often buying the things I need for my fur babys due to the good experiances I keep having. I will continue to go to this petland even with all the bad reviews people have given it. I like to keep in mind more people are going to write about a bad experience then they will a good one and I’m sure the good has far out weighed the bad and no one has really been writing about it sadly.
